چکیده

A series of ZnTe matrix containing two CdTe monolayers separated by barrier layers different thicknesses is studied. The dependences the energies exciton emission bands related to monolayers, their relative intensities, and temperature behavior on thickness layer are determined. It established that can be considered independent each other with a more than 30 monolayers.
